@djlangley nie, na szczęście nie ma takiego planu. Chleb upiekę tylko od czasu do czasu, jednak mam życie poza kuchnia też 😅🤣
@noxeo thank you ☺️no, this one is made with yeats. Next time I want to make my own sourdough, but it need at least 5 days to prepare. So I will experiment with this later.

Good luck to you! It's pretty easy though, just make sure you disinfect the container you want to store it in (best with boiling water)

Yup, really. But don't worry, I am kind of used to things like that. In my country in my villige people was saying, that Barbara (in short version Baśka) is a perfect name for a goat or for a horse. So...sourdough, witch died its not so bad in my opinion 😂goat or horse neither, ofc!

You can actually cheat on the sour dough with the no knead bread recipe where you leave all of the dough ferment for 24h and not just small parts. Google it, fairly easy and tastes amazing. Also not a smuvh commitment as sourdough living in your fridge
